We're BootySculpted — a tiny team with a big obsession: making activewear that actually fits, actually lasts, and actually belongs to you. We started because we were tired of the same mass-produced leggings on every other person at the gym. So we built something different: a small atelier in Sofia, Bulgaria (est. 2017), where every single piece is handmade to order — your size, your print, your colors. No warehouse. No overstock. What you're wearing took real hands, real time, and real care to make. Here's how we do it.
Dive with us into the process.
Our Atelier
Every piece is handmade in our small atelier in Sofia, Bulgaria — by real people earning fair wages, in ethical working conditions. We're not a warehouse. We're a workshop. Your garment is cut by hand, sewn on six different machines by our team, and made to order — just for you. This takes 3–5 business days on top of delivery, because quality work takes real time. We believe in a short, transparent supply chain: local production, fair trade, and zero shortcuts. We never cut corners, and we’ve crafted over 12,000 garments and counting exactly like this.
Our Materials
We work exclusively with a famous Italian performance fabric manufacturer - the same supplier behind high-end athletic and swimwear brands worldwide. Our fabrics deliver:
- UPF 50+ sun protection
- Body-shaping fit with full shape retention
- Chlorine, pilling & abrasion resistant — built to last
- Sun cream & oil resistant — no staining
- 87% polyester, 13% elastane — 4-way stretch that moves with you
- Matte finish with brilliant whites for crisp, vivid prints
We don't cut corners on what touches your skin.
Our Prints & Patterns
Everything you see — every cut, every print — is ours. We design all garment patterns in-house. We never use someone else's cuts. Every silhouette is engineered in our atelier to sculpt, support, and flatter. We also design every print ourselves and print them in our own studio using a sublimation process that transfers ink directly into the fabric fibers — not onto the surface. The result: colors that don't crack, peel, or fade. Ever. We can match virtually any Pantone color you can imagine. Your piece, your print, your colors — made once, just for you. Nobody else walks around in yours.
How It All Started?
Hint: It involved a Nissan 350Z and a Cease and Desist letter.
It started with a car obsession — just not in the way you'd expect. Mia (my partner) was completely obsessed with Nissan 350Zs. Like, unreasonably obsessed (just don't say that in front of her). So when we got invited to a special event, she wanted something to wear that screamed "I love this car more than most people." So I decided to surprise her - I made her a dress. A dress covered in Japanese car blueprints, with the 350Z logo printed right over her heart. Ridiculous? Maybe. But she walked in, and every single person wanted to know where she got it. So I made a few more as a promise. Never the same as hers - that was a rule from the start. Then another model. Then another. Then a jacket. At some point we looked at each other and thought, "Wait… is this a thing?" It was a thing.
My real passion was always sports and the gym, so the car prints found their way onto activewear - tracksuits, leggings, bodysuits, the works. The "cars meet gym" era was born.
Here's where it gets funny. We were young. We didn't think about trademarks. We didn't think about copyrights. We definitely didn't think about Porsche's legal team. But Porsche's legal team thought about us - specifically about the second pair of leggings, which featured some very recognizable taillights. Yeah. We got a Cease and Desist letter, and we needed to take down the products.
After the dust settled (and the lesson was thoroughly learned), I moved on from car prints and started designing original patterns - hand-drawn first, then printed. Organic shapes, symmetrical lines, patterns you won't find in any factory catalog because they don't come from one. That's how BootySculpted was actually born. Not in a boardroom. Not with a business plan. With a dress made for one person, a copyright lawsuit, and the stubborn belief that what you wear should be yours and nobody else's.Every print we make is still designed in-house. Still original. No copy-paste outfits. Never has been, never will be

Frequently asked questions
How do I find my size?
On each product page, you'll find a "Find Your Size" button right next to the size options — it'll guide you to your perfect fit, including your body type. If you prefer to go old-school, the full size chart is available in the footer.
How long does it take to make my order?
Every piece is handmade to order, and production takes 3–5 business days on top of your shipping time. So if you're planning around a date, factor in both — we'd hate for your perfect piece to arrive a day late.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery — no questions asked. Items must be unworn and unwashed, and refunds go back to your original payment method. Please note: custom-sized and made-to-measure pieces are non-returnable, since they're made specifically for your body.
Can I get custom sizing or add a crotch zipper?
Absolutely — every piece is handmade in our atelier, so we're happy to customize. You can choose between front and back zippers, add a crotch zipper, adjust the inseam, or request other modifications. No need to message us beforehand — just leave your measurements (waist, hips, bust, inseam) or zipper preferences in the "Notes to seller" field at checkout, and we'll take care of the rest.
How long does shipping take, and how much does it cost?
We offer free worldwide standard shipping on all orders over $90. Need it faster? You can upgrade to DHL Express for $27. Delivery times depend on your location and will be shown at checkout, but as a guide:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- DHL Express: 1–2 business days
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
We ship from Bulgaria (EU), so no import duties for EU orders. For international orders, including the US, we cover the customs duties so your garment won't get held up and you won't face surprise charges at delivery. This applies to the standard shipping option.
Will the print fade or crack?
Absolutely not. We use a sublimation process that injects the ink directly into the fabric fibers — it doesn't sit on the surface, so there's nothing to crack, peel, or flake. Honestly? Your garment will wear out before your print does. And that is not easy, too!
Is your clothing suitable for men?
We have plenty of male clients who love the fit and feel. There's no limitation in terms of comfort or stretch — if you like the design, it works. Every piece is made to your measurements, so the fit is yours regardless.
