Ok, I am really hestitant to leave any but positive reviews, but in this case I have to - this may help someone. So - in the first place, if you are petite -do not order. I am not super skinny (I am actually a runner with quite muscular legs), I wear xs in Sweatty Betty, 4 in Lululemon, yet their XS is HUGE and XXS is still super baggy under knees - definitely not flattering. Before ordering I asked for size advice (giving them my measurements) and was told that XS would be the best. It arrived, was huge, I had to return (which of course costs) and another pair was sent (which not arrived on time, so didn't have these when I needed them...) - so yeah, don't ask for size advice. The next thing is that there are deep, ugly lines on the material and it is very thin and flimsy. Not like the visualisation suggests.

Made 2 measure and fit great. Material seems to be alot better than the cheap ali express materials. Hope it will last long enough.

Good quality. Indeed my butt seems very flat in this leggings. Not exactly what I expected. But maybe it depends on my shape.

(No experience with Customer Service). These leggings have the combination of good quality material and fit which (for me) are the best I've found - the sense of putting on something made for you. Now have three pairs.
My only reservation is the tendency to acquire stains which won't wash out. I can no longer wear the first pair; the second I've not been wearing in case of stains; after an long gap, bought the third - now testing.

A bit lose around the waist. Maybe I should have picked S but the table pointed me to M.
I would have preferred the waist band to be at least double or triple as large and/or done the same way as it is in sport leggins. It just holds better and nothing slips down like it does a bit with these.
But otherwise well done ! I appreciate they are made in Europe !

Way too small for an XL size. Size chart said it would fit.

In der Beschreibung sieht es aus, als wenn es Kunstleder oder Lack wäre aber es ist irgendwie Stoff, was ich nie haben wollte. Ich würde’s auch nicht noch mal kaufen.
